As was expected to happen sooner rather than later, there indeed will be a franchise in Georgia in Major League Lacrosse. This follows the anticipated speculation that dates to before the start of the season in addition to the relocation of the indoor league's Swarm as we broke to you here on BNG a couple months ago. Their inclusion for 2016 will mean that this will be the largest the league has grown since 2008 when there were ten teams in competition. The team will play at Kennesaw State University, where tomorrow's championship game between New York and Rochester will be played.
