2015 NLL Power Rankings: Division Finals Week 1

1. (1) Edmonton – Beneficiary of scheduling issues at the old Northlands.
2. (2) Rochester – Closer to the first four-peat in North American pro-sports history.
3. (3) Toronto – What was said last week still stands.
4. (5) Calgary – Hot at the right time until now, scheduling dilemma could be favorable in end.
5. (4) Buffalo – Maybe they need to have more Natives on the roster like in the old days.
6. (6) Colorado – Deep freeze now in full swing leading to hibernation.

No Crowning for American Pharoah Without Good Start

Time for the Preakness, despite American Pharoah being placed in the first post, my prediction stays unchanged from when I first picked on Tuesday.  It won't help him in my pick, but there are only eight horses in the field.  Danzig Moon drops to fifth from my original post this past Sunday.

Hello readers for this Wednesday edition I would like to introduce myself.  My name is Brad Bauman, I’m an avid sports fan.  You can say it’s more of a obsession, I love going to games watching my favorite teams play both live or on TV.  My favorite teams are the New York Mets, Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, Minnesota Timberwolves, and Manchester United.  I’m from Buffalo New York so naturally I would be a fan of both the Sabres and the Bills. When I was younger I never had the attention span to watch sports on TV it wasn't till I was in sixth grade where I really begun to watch.  But I've been hooked ever since.

Growing up I've played several sports Hockey, Soccer, and Baseball.  Mainly house no travel but that never made a difference to me.  But I also participated in High School athletics such as Swimming, Football, and Track and Field. That’s a little bit about me and who I am, I will be writing every Wednesday about my thoughts on sports in general.  As always thanks for reading.

2015 NLL Power Rankings: Division Semifinals

1. (1) Edmonton – Mark Matthews to lead the charge.
2. (3) Rochester – Buffalo should not and better not be the reason that the KHawks raise the Cup if they do.
3. (2) Toronto – Lucky that game two (and the stupidly looming mini game) will be played at home.
4. (4) Buffalo – Still can't solve the Knighthawk enigma.
5. (6) Calgary – Fourth straight dismissal of Mammoth in playoffs.
6. (5) Colorado – Chasing Edmonton may have tired them out.
7. (7) Minnesota – Coaching change announced.
8. (8) Vancouver – Must fix defense; keep offense.
9. (9) New England – Move from Philly far from graceful.

You've Preaknessed My Interest

This  is before any odds or post positions but this is what I'm expecting in the field of eight, which implies that it could be a cruise for American Pharoah. However with the finish at Churchill downs a week ago, I'm going with Gray Stevens and Firing Line.
